Gizlilik Politikası

Oyun ilerlemen cihazında saklanır. Ortak sıralama için yalnızca seçtiğin kullanıcı adı ve Zeka Skorun Google Firebase'e gönderilir. Misafir olarak oynayabilir ya da istersen Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparak ilerlemeni bir hesaba bağlayabilirsin. Uygulama Google AdMob ile reklam gösterir ve App Store / Google Play üzerinden isteğe bağlı abonelik sunar.

Hesap ve giriş

Giriş zorunlu değildir; "Misafir olarak devam et" ile tüm oyunlar oynanabilir. Oyuna girmek için bir kullanıcı adı seçersin; bu ad cihazında saklanır.

• Apple ile Giriş / Google ile Giriş (isteğe bağlı): Giriş Apple'ın veya Google'ın kendi ekranında yapılır. ZekaMatik yalnızca sağlayıcının verdiği değişmez kullanıcı kimliğini, hesabı ilerlemene bağlamak için cihazında saklar. Adın, e-posta adresin, şifren veya erişim anahtarların saklanmaz ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.
• Ortak sıralama (Google Firebase): Misafir, Apple veya Google ile oynayan herkes aynı sıralamada yer alır. Bunun için uygulama Firebase'de anonim bir oturum açar (ad, e-posta veya telefon istenmez) ve yalnızca seçtiğin kullanıcı adını, Zeka Skorunu, cihazdaki oyuncu kimliğini (rastgele üretilmiş bir kod) ve güncellenme zamanını ZekaMatik'in Firebase projesine (Cloud Firestore, Avrupa) yazar. Kullanıcı adın ve skorun sıralamada diğer oyunculara görünür. Başka oyun verisi, konum veya reklam kimliği gönderilmez.
• Game Center (isteğe bağlı, iOS): Game Center'a girersen Zeka Skorun Apple'a da gönderilir ve Apple'ın tablosunda Game Center takma adınla görünür.

Cihazda saklanan veriler

Kullanıcı adı, bağlı hesap kimliği, oyun ilerlemesi, XP, skorlar, günlük seri, yarım kalan oyunlar, abonelik durumu ile ses, dil ve oynanış tercihleri uygulamanın yerel depolama alanında tutulur. Bunlardan yalnızca kullanıcı adı ve Zeka Skoru ortak sıralama için Firebase'e gönderilir; diğerleri cihazdan çıkmaz.

Abonelikler ve satın almalar

ZekaMatik Premium (aylık ve yıllık, otomatik yenilenen abonelik) App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satılır. Ödeme ve fatura bilgilerini yalnızca Apple veya Google işler; ZekaMatik bu bilgileri görmez ve saklamaz. Uygulama yalnızca mağazanın bildirdiği abonelik durumunu cihazında tutar. Aboneliğini mağaza hesabının abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin.

Reklam ve üçüncü taraflar

Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. AdMob reklamları göstermek, sıklığını sınırlamak ve ölçmek için IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum, cihaz veya reklam tanımlayıcıları, reklam ve ürün etkileşimleri ile tanılama, çökme ve performans verilerini işleyebilir. Premium abonelerine reklam gösterilmez.

• Android: Gerekli bölgelerde Google'ın Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu (UMP) onayını sorar. Onay verirsen reklamlar kişiselleştirilir ve reklam kimliği kullanılır; vermezsen kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir. Tercihine Profil → Gizlilik → Reklam gizliliği tercihleri yolundan ulaşabilirsin.
• iOS: Reklamlar her zaman kişiselleştirilmemiştir. Uygulama izleme (ATT) izni istemez, reklam kimliğini (IDFA) kullanmaz ve uygulamalar ile siteler arası takip yapmaz.

Hesabı ve verileri silme

Uygulamada Profil → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolunu izleyerek kullanıcı adını, bağlı hesapları, ilerlemeni ve tercihlerini cihazdan kalıcı olarak silebilirsin; ortak sıralamadaki kaydın da aynı anda silinir. Aynı işlem Profil → Gizlilik → Tüm yerel verileri sil yolundan da yapılabilir. Cihaz o anda internete bağlı değilse sıralama kaydının silinmesi için destek üzerinden bize kullanıcı adını bildirebilirsin. Varsa aboneliğini ayrıca mağaza hesabından iptal etmen gerekir. Apple veya Google hesabının ZekaMatik ile bağlantısını Apple Kimliği ya da Google Hesabı ayarlarından da kaldırabilirsin.

Çocukların gizliliği

ZekaMatik çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve kendi adına kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulamada sosyal paylaşım veya kullanıcılar arası mesajlaşma yoktur. Reklam ağının ve mağazaların veri işlemesi yukarıda açıklanmıştır.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika uygulamanın veri davranışı değişirse güncellenir. Güncel tarih bu sayfanın üstünde yer alır.

Your game progress is stored on your device. Only the username you choose and your Mind Score are sent to Google Firebase for the shared ranking. You can play as a guest, or optionally sign in with Apple or Google to link your progress to an account. The app shows ads through Google AdMob and offers an optional subscription through the App Store / Google Play.

Account and sign-in

Signing in is optional; "Continue as guest" gives access to every game. You choose a username to play; it is stored on your device.

• Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In (optional): Sign-in happens on Apple's or Google's own screen. ZekaMatik stores only the stable user identifier returned by the provider, on your device, to link the account to your progress. Your name, email address, password and access tokens are not stored and are never sent to any server.
• Shared ranking (Google Firebase): Everyone playing as a guest or with Apple or Google appears in the same ranking. For this, the app opens an anonymous Firebase session (no name, email or phone number is asked for) and writes only your chosen username, your Mind Score, your on-device player ID (a randomly generated code) and the time of the update to ZekaMatik's Firebase project (Cloud Firestore, Europe). Your username and score are visible to other players in the ranking. No other game data, location or advertising ID is sent.
• Game Center (optional, iOS): If you sign in to Game Center, your Mind Score is also sent to Apple and shown with your Game Center nickname on Apple's leaderboard.

Data stored on your device

Username, linked account identifier, game progress, XP, scores, daily streak, unfinished games, subscription status, and sound, language and gameplay preferences are kept in the app's local storage. Of these, only the username and Mind Score are sent to Firebase for the shared ranking; nothing else leaves the device.

Subscriptions and purchases

ZekaMatik Premium (monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions) is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment and billing information is handled only by Apple or Google; ZekaMatik never sees or stores it. The app keeps only the subscription status reported by the store on your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account's subscription settings.

Advertising and third parties

Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show, cap and measure ads, AdMob may process approximate location derived from the IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad and product interactions, and diagnostic, crash and performance data. Premium subscribers are not shown ads.

• Android: Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for consent. If you consent, ads are personalized and the advertising ID is used; otherwise non-personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at Profile → Privacy → Ad privacy choices.
• iOS: Ads are always non-personalized. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, does not use the IDFA, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account to permanently delete your username, linked accounts, progress and preferences from the device; your entry in the shared ranking is deleted at the same time. The same can be done at Profile → Privacy → Delete all local data. If the device is offline at that moment, you can ask us through support to delete your ranking entry by telling us your username. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately in your store account. You can also remove ZekaMatik's access in your Apple ID or Google Account settings.

Children's privacy

ZekaMatik is not directed at children and does not collect personal data on its own behalf. There is no social sharing or messaging between users. Data processing by the ad network and the stores is described above.

Changes

This policy is updated if the app's data practices change. The current date is shown at the top of this page.
